An incomplete temple dedicated to Shiva is believed to have started in the 11th Century by the great king Bhoj of the Parmar dynasty. This temple known as the Bhojeshwar Mahadev Temple is located in the Bhojpur Village near Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, India.

Glimpses of the temple site

The temple was never completed and before its restoration during 2006–07 by ASI, the temple lacked a roof.
